What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the quote form on this website:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The service you are enquiring about and any details you write about the job
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics profiling on this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest and, where work proceeds, performance of a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. Quote requests submitted through this website are delivered to our email inbox using Basin, a form delivery service that transmits the message and does not use it for its own purposes. Email is handled by Google (Gmail).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Where work is carried out, records are kept as long as required for warranty, safety certification and tax purposes, typically six years.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lcwheating@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
