When the heating goes down, you don't want a sales pitch. You want someone to turn up, tell you what's wrong in plain English, and give you a price before they start.

That's all this is. Call or text, get an honest answer about how soon we can get to you, and get a clear price before any work is carried out.

What we deal with

  • No heating or no hot water
  • Boiler lockouts and fault codes
  • Loss of system pressure
  • Leaks from the boiler or pipework
  • Noisy boilers, banging and kettling
  • Frozen condensate pipes in cold weather
  • Radiators that won't heat

If you smell gas

Do not call us first. Call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999. It's free and staffed 24 hours a day.

Turn off the gas at the meter if you can reach it safely, open doors and windows, don't touch light switches or anything electrical, and don't smoke or use a naked flame. Get everyone out of the property. Once it's safe and the emergency service has been, we can deal with the repair.

Questions

Breakdowns & callouts FAQs

What should I do if I smell gas?

Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately. Turn off the gas at the meter if safe, open windows, avoid electrical switches and naked flames, and leave the property.

My boiler has lost pressure. Is that serious?

Usually not, and it's often a simple top-up. But repeated pressure loss means a leak somewhere, and that does need looking at properly.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Quotes are free. For a repair callout you'll be given the cost clearly before any work begins, so there's never a surprise on the bill.
